Coconola Chocolate Bark
Sweet, salty, and satisfyingly crunchy, this easy chocolate bark is loaded with Original Coconola, dried cranberries, and pecans for a festive treat that's made for sharing (or keeping all to yourself).π«
Wanna make these treats? Here's how:
Ingredients:
- 12 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Original Coconola (try it with Gluten Free Honey Nut Granola or Classic Granola too!)
- β cup dried cranberries
- ΒΌ cup roasted pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- ΒΌ tsp flaky sea salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp melted white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer, about ΒΌ-inch thick.
- Immediately sprinkle the Original Coconola, cranberries, pecans, coconut, and flaky sea salt evenly over the chocolate.
- If using, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate for 30β45 minutes, or until completely set.
- Break into irregular pieces and serve or package up for gifting, and watch these disappear!
