At Grandy Organics, food safety, product quality, and fairness to our customers guide our return and refund practices.
Please review the policy below for direct-to-consumer website orders.
NO RETURNS ON SHIPPED FOOD PRODUCTS
Due to food safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns of Grandy Organics food products once they have shipped.
All products—including granola, trail mix, and roasted nuts—are not eligible for return or resale after leaving our facility, even if unopened.
WHEN REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS MAY BE OFFERED
Shipping Damage:
If your order arrives with packaging that is torn, punctured, split open, or otherwise compromised to the point that product integrity is affected,
we may offer a replacement or refund. Photo documentation may be requested.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, we will ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost.
PRODUCT QUALITY CONCERNS
Some customers purchase products in larger quantities for later consumption.
Product quality concerns may be reported at the time they are experienced, provided the product is within its listed best-by date.
All quality-related concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
SITUATIONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong product or size
- Personal taste or flavor preference
- Normal product settling during transit
- Minor cosmetic packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality
- Issues resulting from improper storage after delivery
SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.
Lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Please allow several business days for refunds to process after approval.
