Shipping policy
- Free Shipping on Orders of $65+. Free shipping applies automatically to orders with a subtotal of $65.00 or more. Please note that your order total must be $65.00 or more after all discount codes or promotions have been applied.
- We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Thursday are typically processed for shipment within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend may not ship until the following week. Observed holidays may also impact these timelines.
- Communication regarding delays. In the event of any out-of-the-ordinary delays in processing your order, our Customer Service team will reach out to you directly with an explanation.
- The number of transit days noted by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. These shipping times are set by the carrier, not Grandy Organics™, and begin at the time of pick up, not at the time the order was placed. We cannot adjust or change these estimated shipping functions.
- Carrier Control. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and has left our facility, Grandy Organics™ no longer has control over the transit time or any subsequent carrier delays.
- We default to USPS Ground Advantage for all Direct-to-Consumer orders unless we determine an alternate method is better suited for a specific shipment. All orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS.
