High Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Chocolate Granola Topping

  • ⅓ cup Coconola granola, crushed

  • 50 grams dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and honey. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar or serving glass. Refrigerate while preparing the topping.

  3. Crush the granola into small pieces.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then stir in the crushed granola until well coated.

  5. Spoon the chocolate–granola mixture over the chia pudding, spreading evenly to create a layer on top.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight, until fully set.
