Mini Baked Brie Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)

  • 1 brie log (or mini brie wheels)

  • Seedless raspberry jam

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup Grandy Organics Gluten Free Honey Nut Granola

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

  • Use a small knife to hollow out the center of each roll.

  • Slice the brie into 12 even pieces and place one into each roll.

  • Top each with up to 1 tablespoon raspberry jam.

  • Pour melted butter evenly over the tops.

  • Sprinkle generously with granola.

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until golden and gooey.

  • Serve warm and enjoy every bite.
