Mini Baked Brie Sliders

Ingredients:

1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)

1 brie log (or mini brie wheels)

Seedless raspberry jam

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup Grandy Organics Gluten Free Honey Nut Granola
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Use a small knife to hollow out the center of each roll.

Slice the brie into 12 even pieces and place one into each roll.

Top each with up to 1 tablespoon raspberry jam.

Pour melted butter evenly over the tops.

Sprinkle generously with granola.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until golden and gooey.
